Returns and Refunds Policy
At Nafera Beauty, we strive to offer our customers the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can make use of our returns and refunds policy as described below.
1. Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason.
The return period begins on the day you receive the product.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and undamaged
- The product is, if possible, in its original packaging
- The product is delivered complete (including accessories and manuals)
- The product is not excluded from return (see point 6)
If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a reduction in value may be applied.
3. How to Request a Return?

4. Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process your refund.
The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the order.
5. Shipping Costs
The costs for returning the product are generally borne by the customer.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return costs.
6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made products
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened or used
- Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)
- Products damaged by improper use
7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Have you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via:
Please include clear photos so we can quickly assess the problem. In this case, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
8. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it falls under the return policy.
